Learn to vibe code your own business tools. In three mornings.

A 3-morning live bootcamp for founders who've been hearing about vibe coding and want to actually do it. By Thursday lunchtime you'll have the patterns, the toolkit, and the confidence to build internal tools for your business, without writing a line of code, without hiring a developer, and without watching another YouTube tutorial.

First, an honest filter

Who this is and isn't for.

This is for you if

  • You run a business and you've heard the term "vibe coding" enough times to be curious
  • You can't code, and you don't intend to learn to code in the traditional sense
  • You've got internal processes that should be small apps but never get built
  • You want to see this work properly, not watch another demo on TikTok
  • You'd rather understand the patterns yourself than always rely on a developer

This isn't for you if

  • You're already vibe coding regularly and want advanced techniques
  • You're a developer looking for a CS-style course on AI-assisted coding
  • You want a polished, production-ready application by the end of three mornings
  • You want someone to build it for you (we can talk about that separately)
  • You think AI is just hype and are looking for a reason to confirm it
Why most first attempts fail

You've probably tried this once. It didn't quite work.

REASON 01

You picked the wrong project

Most first attempts at vibe coding fail because the project was too ambitious. People pick something that needs auth, integrations, and edge cases handled, then quit when it falls over. Day 1 is about choosing a first build that's actually buildable.

REASON 02

You didn't know the prompting patterns

Vibe coding isn't "just describe what you want and the AI does it." There are specific patterns that work and specific ones that send Claude in circles for forty minutes. I'll show you both.

REASON 03

You couldn't deploy it

The tutorials end at "look, it runs on my laptop." That's where the real work usually starts. Day 3 is about getting your build off your machine and onto the internet, in a way that doesn't require a sysadmin.

What you'll walk away with

Three mornings, three things you keep forever.

01 / THE SKILL

You'll know how to vibe code

Not in theory. You'll have done it, with your own hands, on a real problem from your business. You'll know which prompting patterns work, which to avoid, and how to recover when the AI drifts off course.

02 / THE TOOLKIT

Your setup is ready to keep building

Your tools, your accounts, your workspace, your deployment platform. Everything configured by Tuesday morning so you can sit down on Friday and start a new build without setting anything up.

03 / THE FIRST BUILD

One real prototype, live on the web

One internal tool from your business, in working prototype form, deployed at a real URL. Not production-ready, but real enough to show your team and prove this is worth pursuing.

The toolkit

Free tools, free tier accounts, no credit card needed.

We standardise on Claude as the primary AI because it's the best vibe coding model available, but if you're already invested in another tool we'll show you how the patterns translate. The free tier of everything is enough to complete the bootcamp.

SETUP MONDAY · BONUS
Mon 15 June
11:00 BST · 30 min

Setup Monday

Get your accounts created, your workspace ready, your first prompt drafted. By the time Tuesday morning arrives, you're not fighting setup, you're working. Free accounts only, no credit cards needed.

Outcome: your toolkit is configured
DAY 1 · TUESDAY
16 June
11:00 BST · 60 min

Pick the right first build

What makes a good first vibe coding project, and what makes a disaster. We'll look at your business together, identify the processes that are good candidates and the ones that aren't, and pick one to focus on for the next two days. The rule is simple: small, internal, well-defined, and currently held together by a spreadsheet.

You'll leave Day 1 with a focus for tomorrow, plus a list of the next 5 to 10 things in your business worth vibe coding once you've got the pattern down.

Outcome: a buildable first project, and a backlog
DAY 2 · WEDNESDAY
17 June
11:00 BST · 60 min

Vibe code it (live, hands-on)

Your hands on the keyboard. Mine alongside, showing the prompting patterns I use every day. We'll work through how to brief the AI properly, how to read the output critically, how to course-correct when it drifts, and how to keep the build moving when it gets stuck. You'll learn the patterns by using them, not by being lectured at.

It will be fiddly. That's the point. Vibe coding looks magic on TikTok and is more like skilled prompting in real life. By the end of Day 2 you'll have a working version of your build running on your machine, and you'll understand why.

Outcome: your first build, working locally
DAY 3 · THURSDAY
18 June
11:00 BST · 60 min

Deploy it, then look at what's next

The bit that surprises everyone. We'll take what you built and deploy it to a real URL on the internet, using a hosting platform built for AI-built apps. No SSH keys, no DNS, no server admin. The agent does the heavy lifting. You watch your prototype go from "on my laptop" to "on the web" in a few minutes.

Then we'll get honest about what comes next. What's a prototype, what's production-ready, what would the next builds on your shortlist look like, and how to keep going on your own. By Thursday lunchtime you'll know what's possible, what it actually takes, and what you'd do tomorrow if you wanted to.

Outcome: a deployed prototype, and a clear path forward
FRIDAY Q&A · BONUS

Friday Q&A: questions you didn't know to ask on Thursday

One day on, you've had time to think, and possibly to try something on your own. The good questions usually arrive after the fact. Friday is open Q&A, bring whatever's come up and we'll work through it together as a group.

Outcome: your remaining questions answered
Your host

Nick Butcher.

I've spent 31 years in technology and the last 8 of those building with AI. I run an AI transformation consultancy for mid-market businesses, write the IT Manager's AI Blueprint, and host The AI Gym, a daily live AI implementation membership for UK business owners.

I vibe code things every day. Landing pages, internal tools, SaaS prototypes, automations. The thing you're reading now was built with the same patterns I'll teach you. I'm not an influencer who started learning AI in 2023, I'm a practitioner who happens to teach what I do.

Frequently asked

The questions everyone asks.

What actually is vibe coding?

Vibe coding is building software by describing what you want in plain English to an AI, rather than writing the code yourself. The AI writes the code, you describe the changes, and you iterate until it works. The term comes from Andrej Karpathy describing how he builds quick projects now, "vibe" referring to working from intent rather than syntax. The bootcamp teaches you how to do this properly.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. That's the entire point. The AI writes the code. Your job is to describe clearly what you want and to read what comes back critically. If you can write a clear email to a freelancer, you can do this.

Do I need to pay for Claude or any other AI tool?

No. The free tier of Claude is enough to complete the bootcamp. You may eventually want to upgrade if you start vibe coding regularly, but you don't need to spend a penny on tools to do the bootcamp itself.

I've already tried vibe coding once and it didn't work. Why will this time be different?

Most first attempts fail for predictable reasons: wrong project, wrong prompting patterns, no path to deployment. The bootcamp addresses all three explicitly. You'll have someone with 8 years of AI experience watching what you're doing and pointing out the patterns most people miss.

What if I'm using ChatGPT or Cursor or another tool?

You're welcome to bring your preferred tool. We standardise on Claude because it's the strongest model for vibe coding right now, and the patterns I teach are most precise on Claude. But the patterns translate. If you're already paying for ChatGPT or Cursor or Lovable, you don't need to switch, just be aware some screenshots will look different to yours.

Will I have a polished, production-ready tool by the end?

No, and I want to be straight with you about that. The bootcamp's job is to teach you the skill. The tool you build during it is the practice ground. You'll have a working prototype, deployed live, that proves the concept and is good enough to demo. Production-ready takes more iteration than three mornings allow, and anyone telling you otherwise is overpromising.

What's the difference between Standard and Builder?

Standard gets you the bootcamp, the prompting pack, the workspace, and the replays. Builder adds my starter templates, which save real time on common build patterns, a 90-day extended workspace tuned for actual use, a 1:1 follow-up call with me in the two weeks after, and Slack access during the bootcamp. Standard is right if you want to learn vibe coding. Builder is right if you already know you want to keep building afterwards and want the toolkit and follow-up to do it.

What if I miss a morning?

Every session is recorded and the replay is yours for life. The bootcamp works best live because we work alongside each other, but if life gets in the way of one morning, the replay will catch you up.

Stop reading about vibe coding. Learn it properly.

The next cohort runs 16 to 18 June, 11:00 BST each morning. Three mornings, your own first build, and the patterns to keep building on your own.
