1. What you are buying

The Vibe Coding Bootcamp is a live online training programme delivered by Zoom. Depending on the tier purchased, your booking may include:

The exact inclusions depend on the tier shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

2. Format and delivery

The bootcamp is delivered live online. You are responsible for having a working internet connection, a suitable device, and access to the required third-party tools and accounts used during the sessions.

Dates, times, and platform details will be communicated before the bootcamp starts. Reasonable changes may be made where necessary, including changes to session times, bonus-session structure, or delivery platform, provided the overall programme remains substantially the same.

3. What the bootcamp is designed to do

The bootcamp is intended to help participants learn practical AI-assisted building patterns and create an early prototype or internal tool. It is educational in nature.

No guarantee is given that any participant will build a production-ready application, achieve a particular business outcome, generate revenue, or complete a fully deployed commercial product during the programme.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

5. Refunds

A no-quibble refund applies during the first live core session only. If you attend Day 1 and decide during that first session that the bootcamp is not for you, you may request a full refund.

After the first core session has ended, refunds are not guaranteed, especially where replay access, materials, templates, workspace access, or bonus resources have already been provided.

If you do not attend live, that does not in itself create a right to a refund.

6. Replays and materials

Where replay access is included, it is provided for the personal use of the purchaser only. You must not share replay links, download and redistribute recordings, or make the materials available to third parties without written permission.

Any templates, prompting packs, worksheets, or related materials supplied as part of the bootcamp are licensed to you for your own internal business use unless stated otherwise. They must not be resold, relicensed, or republished as standalone products.

7. Builder-tier extras

If you purchase the Builder tier, any additional items such as templates, Slack access, extended workspace access, or a 1:1 call form part of that upgraded package. The 1:1 call must be booked within the period communicated after the bootcamp and is subject to reasonable scheduling availability.

If a specific Builder-tier extra becomes unavailable for reasons outside reasonable control, a comparable substitute may be offered.

8. Third-party tools and platforms

The bootcamp may involve third-party services such as Zoom, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, v0, Slack, Stripe, or Guru Core. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms.

No responsibility is accepted for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, pricing changes, or technical failures on third-party platforms.

9. Intellectual property

All training content, slides, session structure, written materials, recordings, templates, and teaching frameworks remain the intellectual property of Nick Butcher or the relevant rights holder unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You retain ownership of your own business ideas, inputs, and original materials that you bring into the programme.

10. No professional, legal, or technical warranty

The bootcamp is for education and implementation guidance. It is not legal advice, regulated financial advice, cyber-security certification, or a warranty of technical suitability for your use case.

Anything you deploy, automate, or use in your business after the bootcamp is your responsibility to test, review, and approve.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, or business interruption is excluded.

Total liability arising out of or in connection with the bootcamp shall not exceed the amount you paid for your place on the programme.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Cancellation or rescheduling by the organiser

If the bootcamp must be postponed, rescheduled, or materially changed for operational reasons, illness, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, you will be offered either a transfer to the rescheduled cohort or another reasonable remedy.

13. Conduct and removal

The organiser may remove any participant from live sessions, Slack, or associated resources without refund if they behave abusively, harass others, misuse access, share paid materials without permission, or materially disrupt the programme.

14. Privacy

Personal data will be handled in line with the applicable privacy notice for the website and programme. Session delivery may involve recordings and attendance tracking for operational purposes.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless applicable law requires otherwise.
