These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The AI Gym, operated by Email Nerds Ltd at nick-butcher.com ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a membership or accessing the service, you agree to these Terms.
The AI Gym is a paid membership community providing:
We reserve the right to modify the format, frequency, or content of sessions with reasonable notice to members. Any material reduction in service will be communicated at least 14 days in advance.
Membership is £49 per month plus VAT where applicable, and is billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically each month.
Prices may increase in future. Any price change will be notified at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.
You may cancel your membership at any time via your Stripe customer portal or by emailing support@nick-butcher.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new memberships. If you join and decide within your first 14 days that The AI Gym is not for you, email us within that 14-day window and we will refund you in full.
If you believe you have been charged in error, or if there is a significant failure of service on our part, contact us and we will review your case. Statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend membership without refund if these terms are materially breached.
All content created and provided by The AI Gym — including sessions, rep sheets, prompts, briefings, and materials — is the intellectual property of Nick Butcher. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own business purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense any content.
Prompts and techniques you develop yourself using skills learned in sessions remain your own.
The AI Gym provides education and practical training. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or time savings. Results depend on your consistent application of the skills taught.
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the membership fees you have paid in that period.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The AI Gym may recommend or make use of third-party tools and platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Stripe, Zoom, community platforms). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
We aim to run all scheduled sessions as planned. Occasionally, sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled due to illness, technical failure, or other circumstances. In such cases, a replacement session or replay will be provided. Repeated cancellations may entitle members to a proportionate credit — contact us if this applies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing your membership after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
